Approximately $4.7 million in community block grant funding will be awarded to local governments for projects around the state.  The Community Development Block Grants enable local governments to undertake a wide range of activities intended to create a suitable living environment, provide affordable housing and create economic opportunities primarily for low and middle income residents.  A detailed list of projects can be found here.
