The Maryland Emergency Management Agency, the Governor’s Grant’s Office, the Maryland State Fireman’s Association, Senator Barbara Mikulski’s office and Congressman Steny Hoyer’s office is hosting a series of firefighter grant workshops for all fire departments and EMS personnel.

These workshops will assist departments in preparing Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program applications.  The workshops are free and pre-registration is not required.  Workshops include:

March 24 at the Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company

March 30 at the Maryland Fire & Rescue Institute in College Park

April 6 at the Western Maryland Regional Training Center
