Description: Legislation that passed during the 2013 legislative session makes broad changes to campaign finance laws. These changes address campaign contributions limit, legislative party caucus committees, administrative accounts, enforcement, and the disclosure of contributions by persons doing public business to name a few. This session will provide the nuts and bolts of these changes so you’ll be ready when they take effect.
