MACo 2012 Summer Conference Session – Employee Wellness Programs and Human Resources: Flavor of the Month or a Legitimate Investment in Healthier Employees

Description:  This session will explore the burgeoning interest in employee wellness programs to determine if the investment in “healthy employees” actually results in lower health insurance costs or more productive employees. Data from various county governments on wellness programs will also be presented.
