Longtime U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski will join Winter Conference attendees for lunch on Thursday, January 7, and briefly address everyone. She frequently visits with attendees at both the Winter and Summer MACo Conferences.
U.S. Representative Dutch Ruppersberger will attend the full conference with his wife, Kay, and several staff members. He will be recognized with 15 attending MACo Past Presidents, at a special ceremony during the Thursday evening Inaugural Dinner.
